Quentin Tarrantino and Robert Rodriguez apparently yearn for the by-gone days of the drive-in double feature. Grindhouse was penned by Tarrantino and Rodriguez, who also directed the twin blood bill. The feature included fake trailers for other horror films. These segments were directed by auteurs Eli Roth, Edgar Wright and Rob Zombie—yes, that Rob Zombie.
