In the never ending parade of actors who think they can sing, Kevin Costner will be bringing his band to Austin on February 5th at Antones. You can have a sneak preview of this spectacle
here, before you get your tickets to the show. Apparently Kevin has a house in Austin, but that’s not saying much as to how much time he actually spends here. He is a close friend to Longhorns baseball coach Augie Garrido, (who currently is dealing with some legal issues) and cast him in his film For Love of the Game. And speaking of that movie, I thought it was my duty to share with you all a random fact that I happened upon while scouring Wkipedia. Kevin’s frontal nude scene in For Love of the Game was reportedly deleted after being met with laughter at a test screening. You’re welcome for that.
