This seems like an appropriate picture relating to Andy getting Married...

Sorry ladies AND gentleman, numerous sources have reported that Andy Roddick will be getting married this weekend in Austin. The lucky model (of course) is Brooklyn Decker, a 21 year old hailing from North Carolina. I love that they first got together by his agent calling her agent.  It’s so Hollywood.  It’s so impersonal, and I am so Jealous.  Note to self - secure an agent.  Note to self - have said agent call up Ewan MacGregor to set up a ‘meeting.’  Andy also wants to show us commoners that he definitely has friends in high places because none other then Sir Elton John is set to perform at the nuptials. Note to self - work on losing my friends in low places and aquiring friends in high places.

Austin’s own Benjamin McKenzie has made his return to your TV set. He is starring in the NBC cop drama Southland which premiered last week. McKenzie plays a rookie cop in the LAPD who is being trained by Veteran cop played by Michael Cudlitz.  To keep things simple the producers named McKenzie’s characeter Ben.  Southland has big shoes to fill after taking over ER’s thursday night time slot, and so far the reviews have been quite good for the cop drama, which also garnered strong rating for its premiere episode.  As for me, well I didn’t watch, as much as I love Ben McKenzie, cop drama’s just don’t do it for me.  I’m more into the show’s about troubled youth who become embroiled in the lives of a close-knit group of people in a wealthy upper-class neighborhood in California.  Hmmm…that premise sounds vaguely familiar.
